About Molly, The Fast and the Furriest.
I have been blessed with the furiendship of one very special little Dachshund. She came into our lives with the loss of another but totally different little weenie girl. Molly was born the week Penny our other Dachshund passed away.
I think Penny knew we'd be lost without her here and found little Molly just for us. Molly is Penny's polar opposite. Penny was quiet (for a Dachshund) and a snuggle bug .
Molly is always on guard duty ready at a moments notice to go into "extreme barking mode" to let us know danger is lurking in every leaf that blows. She has always been much more independent, and a rough and tumble kind of tom boy, everything Penny wasn't. We believe Molly was Penny's last laugh at our expense. Don't let anyone tell you Dachshunds don't have a sense of humor.
