My Mom's a pretty ordinary person. She's a country girl, with a normal education, a housewife and retired. I truly don't think she would stand out in a crowd.
Me I'm a bit extraordinary, if I do say so myself. BOL ,but I can't say that anyone else would. I'm an English Cream Soft Wirehair Dachshund that's simply allll doggg. I love hunting for moles, chasing squirrels and playing soccer.
Now here comes the part that I've been thinking about. Apart Mom and I are honestly rather typical, nothing really exceptional about us. Put us together and we inspire each other to become something a little more unique. I live for my Mom. With her and God in my life I've overcome some extreme health and personality obstacles.
Mom lives for me. She's had some serious health issues of her own since I've been in her life . Because of me she's over come each and every one. Love is the strongest motivation there is. Trusting in each other and wanting to be there for each other is part of the bond that's between a dog and his human. I am the pup I am because of my Mom's love and adoration. If I belonged to another, I wouldn't be the dog I am today.
The fruit of our intangible devotion is our substantial blog. We never would have become bloggers if not for each other. Mom was/is someone who loves working in her flowers, cooking and having a tidy house. Me I'm a pup who loves to hunt and play. Somehow, our love for each other transformed the both of us into something new and all its own.
I shared my epiphany with my Mom. She looked at me and said Molly I think you might have too much time on your hands today... You ready to go and play soccer?
Here's to changing our pawrents and ourselves into something different and unique.
Love, Molly and my Mom
